                      I’m so glad you’re considering working together! Here’s a little breakdown of how the process works:
 
1. Reach Out
To get started, simply send me a message with a bit about yourself—what’s going on, what you’re hoping to achieve, and any relevant details that will help me understand your needs. If you’ve been recommended by someone or have a discount code, please mention that in your message too!

2. Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
Once I’ve received your message, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If I believe I can help you, we’ll schedule a free 15-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to chat, get to know each other, and ensure we’re a good fit to work together. It’s important to me that we both feel confident and comfortable moving forward

3.First Session
  1. If we both feel positive after our call, we’ll schedule our first session. Prior to that session, I’ll ask you to do a few things to help us get started on the right foot:
    • Keep a food and stool journal for a week to track your eating habits and digestion.
    • Fill out a couple of forms that will help me better understand your health history.
    • Share any recent blood tests or notes from your doctor, especially if there are any specific areas they’d like you to focus on.

4. Ongoing Support
After our first session, we’ll dive into creating a personalised plan tailored to your goals and needs. I’ll be here to support you every step of the way as we work together towards your health and wellness goals.
